FAQs

Why are multiple treatments needed?
Because nasal restriction is rarely “one spot.” We work through six key nasal passageway regions, aiming to progressively restore full airflow through all six. Most people have different levels of restriction on each side and in different regions, so a treatment series allows us to clear and stabilise each passageway in a structured way — supporting both nasal breathing and cranial mechanics.

Does NasalRX hurt?
No. Most people describe it as brief pressure for a few seconds, rather than pain. Sensation varies and typically becomes lighter as the nasal passageways open across the series.

How quickly will I notice a change?
Many patients feel changes immediately (often nasal airflow), while others notice a cumulative improvement across the series. Your response depends on your restriction pattern, history, and symptoms.

Why do some people need closer to 10 sessions?
If symptoms are longstanding, there have been multiple impacts, chronic congestion, structural restriction, or a more complex nervous system pattern, additional sessions are often needed to fully clear all passageways and stabilise results.

How far apart are sessions?
Most plans are completed over 3-6 weeks, with spacing tailored to your response and schedule.

Can I drive afterwards?
Most patients can drive after treatment. If you feel lightheaded or “spaced,” wait until you feel steady — or arrange someone for your first visit.

Is NasalRX suitable to treat concussion?
Many clients with post-concussion conditions report dramatic improvements in airflow, head pressure and sleep quality. We assess suitability carefully and tailor the plan to your history and current symptoms.
